For better or for worse
Through the eyes of ‘giant’ Carel Struycken, the film explores the increasing unease many feel with modern society. Carel Struycken rose to fame by playing iconic freaks in pop culture, like Lurch in the Addams Family and Mr. Homn in Star Trek, but appears pretty down to earth, when he is able to just be himself.
"A strange type of production, made with little money but with some interesting mechanisms that despite the dominating narrative still manage to promote the music. The paradoxical journey leads us from the bowels of the megalopolis to the tranquillity of the Californian nature, with an intimacy only a documentary could explore."
